The invention relates to the field of ceramic preparation, and discloses a dielectric ceramic material and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing Mg2Al4 (Si < 1-x > Ge < x >) 5O18 powder; wherein 0 < x < = 0.5; s2, preparing turbid liquid containing titanium oxide; and adding the suspension containing the titanium oxide and/or titanium oxide powder into the powder prepared in the step S1, and sintering to obtain the dielectric ceramic material. In the method provided by the invention, the germanium element is adopted to partially replace the silicon element in the traditional cordierite, and the turbid liquid containing the titanium oxide and/or the titanium oxide powder are/is added, so that the targets of high Qf and approximate to zero TCF value are achieved to a great extent.
本发明涉及陶瓷制备领域,公开了一种介电陶瓷材料及制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1、制备Mg2Al4(Si1‑xGex)5O18粉末;其中,0<x≤0.5;S2、制备含钛氧化物的悬浊液;将含钛氧化物的悬浊液和/或钛氧化物粉末加入到S1步骤制得的粉末中,烧结后制得介电陶瓷材料。本发明方法中,采用锗元素部分取代传统堇青石中硅元素、添加含钛氧化物的悬浊液和/或钛氧化物粉末的方法,极大程度的实现了高Qf和接近零TCF值的目标。
