The invention provides a segmented degreasing and sintering method which comprises the following steps: preparing a biscuit which is provided with a porous structure; degreasing the biscuit for the first time; filling slurry is injected into the porous structure of the biscuit, and curing treatment is conducted on the filling slurry; and degreasing for the second time. Through the porous design of the part and the porous structure formed by the porous design, the degreasing thickness of the part is obviously reduced, the porous structure can become a macroscopic channel for discharging pyrolysis gas, and generation of cracks can be inhibited. And through the segmented process route of primary degreasing, grouting and secondary degreasing, degreasing sintering forming of the large-section ceramic or metal part can be achieved, and the limitation of the degreasing wall thickness of the ceramic or metal part is effectively broken through.
本发明提供一种分段脱脂烧结方法,分段脱脂烧结方法的步骤包括:制作素坯,所述素坯形成有多孔结构;对所述素坯进行第一次脱脂;向所述素坯的多孔结构中注入填充浆料,对所述填充浆料进行固化处理;进行第二次脱脂。通过将零件多孔化设计而且多孔化设计形成的多孔结构,不仅显著减小了零件脱脂厚度,多孔结构可成为热解气体排出宏观通道,有利于抑制裂纹产生。并且通过一次脱脂‑注浆‑二次脱脂的分段工艺路线,可实现大截面陶瓷或金属零件的脱脂烧结成型,有效突破陶瓷或金属零件脱脂壁厚的限制。
