Graphite impregnation method
The invention discloses a graphite impregnation method. Graphite is subjected to furan resin impregnation by adopting a curing kettle system; the curing kettle system consists of a curing kettle, a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), an air inlet control system and an exhaust control system; the curing kettle and the air inlet control system transmit real-time signals to the PLC through the pressure transmitter, the temperature transmitter and the flow transmitter, the real-time signals are compared with program signals preset in the PLC, the PLC sends driving signals to the heater and related valves, the temperature, the pressure and the flow of the system cooperate with one another, and the thermocuring process of the impregnated graphite is completed. Residual gas in the graphite piece and gas generated by reaction dehydration at high temperature are taken away in time, and the backflow problem is solved; according to the invention, the airflow channel is formed in the kettle to take away byproducts generated by furan resin curing in time, so that the reaction is carried out in the forward direction and the curing is sufficient.
