The invention relates to an embankment-hole-crossing steel box girder incremental launching construction method. The method comprises the following steps that steel box girder sections are lifted to an incremental launching platform through a lifting system; butting the steel box girder section and the steel guide girder, integrally pushing the steel box girder section and the steel guide girder to one side of the land by utilizing pushing equipment, and welding a new steel box girder section after the girder is erected; and repeating the step 3 to the step 4 until the steel box girder crosses the last group of pushing brackets. The method has the beneficial effects that the steel box girder segments manufactured in a processing plant in a segmented mode are transported to the bridge site through the transport ship, the steel box girder is pushed from the water adjacent side to the land side, the problem that transportation is inconvenient due to the special terrain of a bridge crossing the embankment hole can be effectively solved, and the pushing construction efficiency of the embankment-crossing steel box girder is effectively improved.
