The invention belongs to the technical field of leaf cleaning tools, and particularly relates to a garden leaf cleaning machine which comprises an operating mechanism, a front end support, a fallen leaf suction box, a sweeping mechanism and a water suction mechanism. The fallen leaf suction box is of a box-shaped structure with an opening in the front side and is connected to the lower portion of the front end support. An opening is formed in the front side of the fallen leaf suction box; a box cavity of the fallen leaf suction box is communicated with a negative pressure air source and is used for sucking leaves; the sweeping mechanism comprises a sweeping disc and a sweeping motor; the sweeping disc is used for introducing leaves into the fallen leaf suction box; the arc-shaped pipe of the water suction mechanism is communicated with a negative pressure source so that the water suction thin pipe can generate suction force. According to the scheme, anti-collision protection can be provided for the sweeping disc through an arc-shaped pipe, water on the ground can be sucked through a water suction thin pipe connected with the arc-shaped pipe, and therefore the influence of accumulated water on the ground on leaf cleaning operation is avoided, the sweeping mechanism can sweep leaves into the space between the sweeping mechanism and the sweeping mechanism through a sweeping brush, and the sweeping efficiency is improved. Then the fallen leaves are swept into the fallen leaf suction box to clean the fallen leaves.
