Guide wall device for constructing underground diaphragm wall and pouring method of underground diaphragm wall
The invention relates to a construction method of an underground diaphragm wall. The construction method comprises the following steps that a groove is dug in the design position of the underground diaphragm wall; a guide wall device used for constructing the underground diaphragm wall is provided, the guide wall device used for constructing the underground diaphragm wall is provided with oppositely-arranged side formworks and an end formwork connected between the ends of the side formworks, and the guide wall device used for constructing the underground diaphragm wall is placed in the groove; concrete is poured into a gap between the side formwork and the groove to form a guide wall; after the concrete is solidified, an underground diaphragm wall is constructed between the side formworks; after construction of the underground diaphragm wall is completed, the guide wall device used for constructing the underground diaphragm wall is hoisted to the next construction position, the steps are circulated, and the groove, the side formwork and the operation platform form a containing space through the guide wall device used for constructing the underground diaphragm wall; concrete is poured into the containing space through the through holes formed in the working platform, the soil body on the side face of the groove is reinforced, and the device can be stably placed in the groove.
本发明涉及一种地下连续墙的施工方法,包括如下步骤:在地下连续墙设计位置开挖沟槽;提供用于施工地下连续墙的导墙装置,用于施工地下连续墙的导墙装置设有相对设置的侧模板和连接于侧模板端部之间的端模板,将用于施工地下连续墙的导墙装置放置于沟槽内;向侧模板与沟槽的间隙内浇筑混凝土形成导墙;待混凝土凝固后,在侧模板之间施工地下连续墙;待地下连续墙施工完毕后,将用于施工地下连续墙的导墙装置吊至下一施工位置并循环上述步骤,通过用于施工地下连续墙的导墙装置使沟槽、侧模板以及作业平台形成一个容置空间,通过作业平台上设置的通孔向该容置空间内浇筑混凝土,加固沟槽侧面的土体,并使本装置可以稳固地放置于沟槽内。
