The invention provides a photovoltaic pile foundation construction method in a mudflat area, which comprises the following steps: determining a photovoltaic installation area which comprises a pile-in-row area and a parking area which are alternately arranged in sequence from front to back; the row pile area comprises a plurality of pile sinking areas and intervals located between every two adjacent pile sinking areas, and at least one interval area between every two adjacent parking areas is a transition area; all the parking areas and all the transition areas are subjected to solidified soil hydraulic reclamation in sequence, so that solidified soil layers are formed in the parking areas and the transition areas; the bottom-supported pile driving barge is moved into the parking area of the formed and solidified soil layer so that all the pile foundations can be driven into the corresponding pile sinking areas; the pile sinking area where the pile foundation is driven is subjected to solidified soil hydraulic reclamation; according to the method, the stopping area, the transition area and the pile sinking area are determined in a partitioned mode, the stopping area is subjected to solidified soil blow-filling, the solidified soil blow-filled in the stopping area is used for supporting the bottom-supported pile driving barge to conduct pile driving operation, the influence of tide water on the pile driving operation is avoided, and therefore the pile driving precision and the pile driving operation continuity are improved.
