The invention relates to an anchoring structure for supporting a deep foundation pit and a construction method of the anchoring structure. The anchoring structure comprises a supporting pile, a waist beam, an anchor cable body and a vacuum assembly. The anchor cable body penetrates through a soil body on the side wall of the foundation pit; the vacuum assembly is arranged in a foundation pit side wall soil body and comprises a plurality of exhaust pipes, a horizontal pipe network and a sealing film. The exhaust pipe is inserted into the foundation pit side wall soil body, the horizontal pipe network is arranged on the surface of the foundation pit side wall soil body, the drainage pipe is communicated with the horizontal pipe network, the sealing film is laid on the horizontal pipe network, and the horizontal pipe network is communicated with the vacuum system. According to the method, a worker carries out air extraction operation on the foundation pit side wall soil body through an external vacuum system and a vacuum assembly, so that the air pressure in the foundation pit side wall soil body is lower than the atmospheric pressure; and the atmospheric pressure acting force can be used for resisting the lateral pressure effect of a soil body on the side wall of the foundation pit, so that the design number of anchor cable bodies is reduced, and the construction period of a project is shortened.
