The invention discloses a construction method for connecting a joint pile type prefabricated underground diaphragm wall, two adjacent prefabricated wall bodies are connected by adopting a joint pile, the joint pile is prefabricated in a factory, the pile length of the prefabricated joint pile is equal to the height of the prefabricated underground diaphragm wall, the top of the prefabricated joint pile is provided with a hanging ring connected with a main reinforcement lengthening section of a reinforcement cage, and the hanging ring is connected with a main reinforcement lengthening section of the reinforcement cage. A grouting pipe is embedded in the center, the pipe bottom of the grouting pipe is flush with the pile bottom of the prefabricated joint pile, and the pipe top of the grouting pipe protrudes out of the pile top of the prefabricated joint pile; during site construction, after the prefabricated wall bodies on the two sides are lowered in place, the prefabricated joint piles are hung and placed in the grooves between the two prefabricated wall bodies, and then gaps between the prefabricated joint piles and the prefabricated wall bodies are grouted through the grouting pipes till the gaps are filled. The construction speed of the prefabricated underground diaphragm wall can be greatly increased, the connection quality of the prefabricated underground diaphragm wall is improved, the resource utilization rate is increased, and environmental pollution is reduced.
本发明公开了一种接头桩式预制地下连续墙连接的施工方法,采用接头桩连接相邻的两幅预制墙体,所述接头桩是工厂预制的,预制接头桩的桩长与预制地连墙的高度相等,所述预制接头桩,顶部设有与钢筋笼主筋加长段连接的吊环,中央预埋有注浆管,所述注浆管,管底与预制接头桩桩底平齐,管顶凸出预制接头桩桩顶;现场施工时,待两侧预制墙体下放到位后,将预制接头桩吊放至两幅预制墙体间的凹槽内,然后通过所述注浆管向所述预制接头桩与所述预制墙体之间的空隙注浆,直至将空隙充满。本发明可以极大地提高预制地连墙的施工速度,提高预制地下连续墙连接质量,提高资源利用率,降低环境污染。
