After the intelligent water pipe anti-freezing device is installed on a waterway pipeline, a water temperature sensor in the device accurately monitors the water temperature change condition in real time and feeds back the water temperature change condition to the interior of a mainboard in real time, and a mainboard chip performs change operation on an electronic valve according to the water temperature change, so that the waterway pipeline is prevented from being frozen; the livelihood problem that people have no water to drink and use in winter is solved.
