A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
Urban excess runoff scheduling control method
The invention relates to an urban excess runoff scheduling control method. The method comprises the following steps: determining a road leakage path; existing water storage and drainage facilities are planned or determined along the road traffic discharge path, overflowing of the water storage and drainage facilities and the road traffic discharge path is achieved, and overflowing channels are opened; obtaining the shunting runoff volume of each water storage and drainage facility, and determining the maximum flow allowed by the road drainage path; and according to the shunting runoff volume and the maximum flow allowed by the road traffic discharge path, when the actual flow in the road traffic discharge path exceeds the maximum flow allowed by the road traffic discharge path, controlling the runoff volume of the road'line 'or'surface' by utilizing the shunting capability of the'point 'of the water storage and drainage facility hierarchically. The runoff volume is adjusted by fully utilizing various storage and drainage facilities around the runoff route, urban disasters caused by excessive runoff can be effectively reduced, and threats to life and property safety of people are reduced.
