By loosening a positioning pull block, a positioning spring gives a restoring force to a positioning insertion strip, so that the positioning insertion strip penetrates through a limiting sleeve block and is movably inserted into an installation insertion opening in the installation insertion strip for limiting, the positioning pull block drives a positioning support plate to reset, and insertion and limiting of a positioning insertion hole in the positioning support plate and the limiting support strip are facilitated; and therefore, the two water-stop belt bodies are further limited, the water-stop belt is fixed, and the using effect is improved.
