The invention provides an upside-down type creeping lock fastening device, which relates to plate suspension installation and comprises an upper suspension part, a lower suspension part and a creeping lock, and the upper end of the upper suspension part can be connected with a structural beam; the locking mechanism comprises an upper locking piece and a lower locking piece which are clamped with each other; the creeping lock mechanism comprises an outer cylinder, an adjusting nut, an ejector rod, an elastic piece and a plurality of extension joints, the upper end of the outer cylinder slidably penetrates through the lower locking piece and is connected with the adjusting nut, the ejector rod is arranged in the outer cylinder, the upper end of the ejector rod is connected with the lower locking piece, and the lower end of the ejector rod is connected with the elastic piece; the upper end of each extension section is rotatably connected with the lower end of the ejector rod, the lower end of each extension section is rotatably connected with the lower end of the elastic piece, clamping teeth are arranged on the outer side faces of the extension sections, and the lower end of the outer cylinder abuts against the clamping teeth of the extension sections.
