The invention discloses a suspension design audio-video space assembly type noise reduction and sound insulation wall structure which comprises a suspension keel, a first elastic component is arranged between the top of the suspension keel and the top face of a building, a second elastic component is arranged between the bottom of the suspension keel and the ground, and the suspension keel is arranged on the front side of an original wall; the guide seat is fixedly installed on the ground, the guide seat is arranged on one side of the suspension keel, and the suspension keel is connected to the guide seat in a sliding mode; the wallboard units are fixedly installed on the suspension keels through first connecting pieces, and the multiple wallboard units are spliced to form a decorative wall face layer; and the rubber pad is in contact with the bottom surface of the lowermost wallboard unit of the decorative wall surface layer. Compared with the prior art, the suspended buffering and damping structure is beneficial to disturbing standing waves formed indoors, reducing the resonant frequency and improving the sound insulation effect.
