Telescopic combined elevator shaft protection platform and construction method thereof
The invention provides a telescopic combined elevator shaft protection platform and a construction method thereof.The platform comprises a main beam, the main beam is formed by welding double-row I-shaped steel into a whole through a middle cross brace, a telescopic claw arm is installed at the front end of the main beam, a fixing frame is installed at the rear end of the main beam, and a universal pedal is laid in the middle of the top face; a top pedal and a side pedal are arranged on the side edge of the top surface front and back; and the telescopic claw arm is arranged in a square pipe at the front end of the main beam in a drawable manner, so that the main beam assembly can be integrally adjusted to adapt to different hoistways. The protection platform can adapt to different sizes of elevator hoistways. And one set of protective platform equipment can be recycled in multiple projects, so that the waste of materials is reduced. In the construction process, standardized customization and integral assembly design are adopted. Compared with a traditional process, a steel pipe frame body support does not need to be erected, the assembly and disassembly speed is high, and the assembly precision is high. The platform is made of high-strength steel materials and is good in durability, the integrally-assembled platform can bear heavy loads of 1.2 t, and the platform is safer and more reliable compared with a platform erected through a traditional technology.
本发明提供了伸缩式组合型电梯井道防护平台及其施工方法,平台包括主梁,主梁采用双排工字钢,通过中间横撑焊接一体,其前端安装有伸缩式爪臂,后端安装有固定架,顶面中部铺设有通用踏板,顶面侧边设有前后设置的顶端踏板和边踏板;伸缩式爪臂可抽拉的置于主梁前端的方管内,实现主梁总成整体可调节来适用不同的井道。本发明的防护平台可适应不同尺寸电梯井道尺寸。一套防护平台设备可在多个项目周转使用,减少材料的浪费。施工过程中采用标准化定制,整体式拼装设计。与传统工艺相比,无需搭设钢管架体支护,安拆速度快,拼装精度高。平台采用高强钢材质,耐久度好,整体拼装后的平台可承受1.2t重荷载,比传统工艺搭设的平台更为安全可靠。
