Disc buckle type crossing frame connecting structure and connecting mode thereof
The invention relates to a disc buckle type spanning frame connecting structure and a using mode thereof. The disc buckle type spanning frame connecting structure comprises connection of upper and lower vertical rods and connection of cross rods and nodes. The upper vertical rod and the lower vertical rod are spliced through long-strip-shaped mounting grooves which are matched in size and inner and outer position and have 90-degree difference in the horizontal direction and then are fixed through the connecting base plate, the fixing base plate, the connecting screw rod, the fixing screw rod and the limiting sleeve. The cross rod and the node are connected by inserting a mounting rod (24) at one end of a connecting sleeve (7) into a connecting hole of the connecting base plate and inserting a perforated cross rod (8) into the other end of the connecting sleeve (7), and the connecting sleeve and the perforated cross rod are realized by means of axial matching between a limiting groove and a limiting block at a sleeving part and radial fixation of a limiter (9). Convenient connection between the upper and lower vertical rods and the cross rods is achieved, the crossing frame can be constructed in a standardized mode, the connecting base plates are only arranged in the direction where the cross rods need to be connected, and meanwhile the cross rods can be connected under the conditions that adjacent nodes are not horizontal and the distances between the vertical rods are not consistent.
本发明一种盘扣式跨越架连接结构及其使用方式,包括上下立杆的连接和以及横杆与节点的连接。其中,上下立杆借助尺寸和内外位置吻合、水平方向相差90°的长条形安装槽拼合后,通过连接垫板和固定垫板、连接螺杆和固定螺杆、限位套筒固定;横杆与节点的连接是通过连接套筒(7)一端的安装杆(24)插入连接垫板的连接孔,另一端插接开孔横杆(8)实现,其中连接套筒和开孔横杆借助套合部位限位槽和限位块之间的轴向匹配以及限位器(9)的径向固定实现。本发明实现上下立杆以及横杆之间的便捷连接,可规范化搭建跨越架,仅在需要连接横杆的方向设置连接垫板,同时,可实现相邻节点不水平以及立杆间距不一致情况下横杆连接。
