The invention relates to a construction method of an assembly type steel structure building waterproof structure. The construction method comprises the following steps that (1) prefabricated PEC beams and columns are installed together; (2) angle steel is fixed to the joint of the PEC column and the prefabricated composite floor slab; (3) a water swelling strip I is attached to the edge of the angle steel; (4) the prefabricated composite floor slab is placed on the PEC beam and the angle steel, and the water swelling strip I is compacted; (5) the self-adhesion type water swelling strip II is pasted to the PEC column in the horizontal direction of the floor slab laminated layer and the vertical direction of the turned-over edge; (6) the floor overlapping layer and the turned-over edge are poured together; (7) a concrete flanging is arranged at the joint of the floor without the wall flanging and the PEC column, and a slope is made towards the floor surface; and (8) construction layers of a slope making layer, a waterproof coating layer, a cement mortar combination layer, anti-skid floor tiles and the like are completed, so that a waterproof structure is completed. The construction method of the waterproof structure has the advantages of being convenient to construct, low in cost, good in anti-seepage effect and the like.
