The invention mainly relates to the field of buildings, in particular to a temporary inclined supporting device for mounting a prefabricated wallboard and a using method of the temporary inclined supporting device. The device comprises an upper supporting rod, a limiting adjusting sleeve, a lower supporting rod, a lower support end plate and an upper support end plate. The upper support end plate is installed on the upper portion of a wall through bolts, and an upper supporting rod is hinged to the upper support end plate. The lower support end plate is installed on the top face of the prefabricated floor through bolts, and the lower support end plate is hinged to a lower supporting rod. And the upper supporting rod and the lower supporting rod are connected together through a sleeve. And the construction safety is obviously improved. Due to the fact that the upper supporting rod is hinged to the upper support end plate, the lower supporting rod is hinged to the lower support end plate, and the upper support end plate and the lower support end plate can be firmly installed on the wall and the prefabricated floor through bolts, the whole supporting device has excellent stability. By means of the design, the risk that workers need to climb to operate before the wallboards are fixed is avoided, and therefore potential safety hazards in the construction process are greatly reduced.
本发明主要涉及建筑领域,具体的说是一种预制墙板安装用临时斜支撑装置及其使用方法。本装置包括上支撑杆、限位调节套管、下支撑杆、下支座端板和上支座端板;上支座端板通过螺栓安装于墙体的上部,上支座端板上铰接有上支撑杆;下支座端板通过螺栓安装于预制楼板顶面,下支座端板铰接有下支撑杆;上支撑杆与下支撑杆通过套管连接在一起。显著提高了施工安全性。由于上支撑杆与上支座端板、下支撑杆与下支座端板均采用铰接方式,且上、下支座端板可通过螺栓牢固地安装在墙体和预制楼板上,因此整个支撑装置具有出色的稳定性。这种设计避免了工人在墙板未固定前需登高操作的风险,从而大大降低了施工过程中的安全隐患。
