The invention relates to a movable vehicle window adjusting system of a vehicle, in particular to a vehicle window glass adjuster and a vehicle comprising the same, and the vehicle window glass adjuster comprises a guide rail and a window glass adjusting device, the linear motor comprises a stator and a rotor, the stator is a magnetic track, the magnetic track is arranged in the lifting direction of the window glass and fixed to the guide rail, the rotor can move relative to the stator under the excitation effect, and the linear motor is electrically connected with the power source; the mounting body is fixedly connected with the rotor, and the window glass is supported and fixed on the mounting body; wherein the linear motor drives the rotor to move relative to the stator, so that the vehicle window glass can be guided to move in the lifting direction along the guide rail, a transmission mechanism of the linear motor is simple, linear motion driving force is directly generated, and an intermediate conversion mechanism is not needed; therefore, the repeated motion precision of the lifting system mostly depends on the detection precision of the high-precision sensor and the logic control precision of the control unit.
