The invention discloses a mounting frame, a door and window, a curtain wall and a manufacturing method thereof, the mounting frame is used for fixing a plate of the door and window or the curtain wall, the mounting frame comprises a base frame and at least one mounting mechanism, the mounting mechanism is used for connecting, clamping or supporting one side of the plate, and the mounting mechanism comprises a mounting assembly and a heat insulation assembly; the mounting assembly comprises a mounting rod, a left mounting piece located at one end of the mounting rod and a right mounting piece located at the other end of the mounting rod, at least one of the left mounting piece and the right mounting piece is provided with an internal thread, and the mounting rod is correspondingly provided with an external thread; the inner side of the heat insulation profile is used for containing the left installation part, the outer side of the heat insulation profile is used for being connected with the base frame, the heat insulation profile is arranged along the side, back to the base frame, of the heat insulation profile, and the installation rod penetrates through the heat insulation profile.
