The ventilating, rainproof and peep-proof louver system comprises horizontal louvers and vertical louvers, a horizontal louver assembly comprises a louver frame and a plurality of louver units, the louver units are arranged in the louver frame at equal intervals, and drainage holes are formed in the end of the louver frame; the vertical face shutter assembly comprises a window frame, an upper aluminum alloy section, a lower aluminum alloy section and a plurality of herringbone shutters, the herringbone shutters are arranged between the upper aluminum alloy section and the lower aluminum alloy section at equal intervals, and the two sides of the lower portions of the herringbone shutters are fixedly connected with the window frame through rivets. According to the ventilating, rain-proof and peep-proof shutter system, the rain-proof, peep-proof and ventilating functions can be achieved, an innovative shutter connecting mode is adopted, the shutter system is installed in a unitized plate overall mode, and both material processing and field installation are easy and convenient to implement; the shutter system can be processed in a factory, so that the quality is ensured; meanwhile, the depth of the louver blades can be increased, and the rainproof grade is improved; the shape of the louver blade can be used as a drainage ditch, and rainwater is discharged outdoors from the side edge.
