The high-strength concrete comprises the following raw material components in percentage by mass: 0-30% of steel slag, 0-30% of regenerated micro powder, 40-50% of fly ash, 17-27% of cement, 1-5% of phosphogypsum and aluminum powder paste accounting for 0.04-0.12% of the total mass of the raw materials. The performance of the aerated concrete is improved through the steel slag and the self-made regenerated micro powder, the aerated concrete is prepared through the microwave autoclaving and curing synergistic process, solid waste is effectively utilized, environmental pollution is reduced, resources are saved, meanwhile, energy consumption is reduced through the curing mode, and the aerated concrete is environmentally friendly and saves time and cost. The high value of the four solid wastes of the regenerated micro powder, the steel slag, the fly ash and the ardealite is realized, the problem that the maintenance time is too long in the maintenance process is solved, and the prepared qualified autoclaved aerated concrete can be widely applied to the building material industry.
本发明提供一种加气混凝土砌块及其制备方法和应用。按质量百分比计,包括以下原料组分:钢渣0~30%、再生微粉0~30%、粉煤灰40~50%、水泥17~27%、磷石膏1~5%,及占上述原料总质量0.04~0.12%的铝粉膏。本发明通过钢渣和自制再生微粉改善加气混凝土的性能,采用微波蒸压协同养护工艺制备加气混凝土,有效利用了固体废弃物,减少环境污染,节约资源,同时养护方式降低能耗,绿色环保,节省时间成本。不仅实现了再生微粉、钢渣、粉煤灰和磷石膏四种固体废弃物的高值化,还解决了养护过程中养护时间过长的问题,制备出合格的蒸压加气混凝土可广泛用于建材行业。
