The invention relates to pavement building materials, and discloses epoxy resin modified pervious concrete and a preparation method thereof.The epoxy resin modified pervious concrete is prepared from, by mass, 100 parts of cement; 120 to 130 parts of aggregate; 110 to 127 parts of sand; 45 to 53 parts of water; 8.4 to 14.3 parts of epoxy resin; 0.5 to 0.71 part of 1, 3-bis (aminomethyl) cyclohexane; according to the epoxy resin modified pervious concrete disclosed by the invention, the 1, 3-bis (aminomethyl) cyclohexane and the diallyl terephthalate are compounded, so that effective proceeding of an early hydration reaction in the epoxy resin modified pervious concrete is promoted, and the strength enhancing benefit brought by the hydration reaction of the epoxy resin modified pervious concrete is improved; the mechanical property of the epoxy resin modified pervious concrete is improved, and the service life of pavements is prolonged.
