The invention discloses a consolidation agent for waste incineration fly ash as well as a preparation method and application of the consolidation agent. The consolidation agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-40 parts of clay minerals, 30-60 parts of feldspar minerals, 1-10 parts of aluminum sulfate, 1-15 parts of talcum powder, 5-35 parts of glass powder and 1-5 parts of boric acid. When the consolidation agent is applied to treatment of incineration fly ash, after the incineration fly ash and the consolidation agent are mixed and ground according to the mass ratio of 1: (0.5-2), a precast block is formed through compression molding, and the fly ash sintered block is obtained after the precast block is sintered. The solidifying agent forms a solid-liquid system in the fly ash sintering process, formed liquid chlorides (containing heavy metal chlorides) are fused together, the high solidification rate of heavy metal and chloride ions is achieved, and the fly ash remelting method can be implemented. The hardness, weather resistance and other conditions of the prepared fly ash sintered block can meet the use requirements of building materials, and recycling is achieved.
本发明公开了一种垃圾焚烧飞灰的固结剂及制备方法和应用,固结剂的原料组成包括:黏土类矿物10~40重量份、长石类矿物30~60重量份、硫酸铝1~10重量份、滑石粉1~15重量份、玻璃粉5~35重量份和硼酸1~5重量份。将固结剂应用于焚烧飞灰的处理时,焚烧飞灰与固结剂按照质量比1:0.5~2混合碾磨后,通过模压成型形成预制块,预制块烧结后得到飞灰烧结块。固结剂在飞灰烧结过程中,形成固液体系,将形成的液态氯化物(含重金属氯化物)融合在一起,实现重金属和氯离子较高的固化率,使得飞灰回炉烧的方法得以实施。制成的飞灰烧结块的硬度、耐候性等条件均可满足建筑材料使用的要求,实现了回收再利用。
