The perovskite manganese oxide thin film is prepared from the following components: 0.70% of La, 0.18% of Ca, 0.12% of Sr and MnO3, and the perovskite manganese oxide thin film is obtained through glue preparation, aging, spin coating, pyrolysis, pre-sintering and final sintering. The prepared film is high in phase purity, high in crystallinity and flat and smooth in surface, the peak TCR temperature (Tk) is the room temperature (293-303K), the TCR reaches 10.82%/K, the preparation period is short, the cost is low, and the obtained film is flat and smooth and can be used as a detection material of an uncooled high-sensitivity infrared heat radiator.
