The invention relates to a continuous ceramization preparation method of a C/C-SiC brake disc, and belongs to the technical field of ceramic materials. The method comprises the following steps: densifying a carbon fiber preform, machining into a carbon/carbon composite material part, putting into a container, arranging a supporting block between the part and the container to form a gap, filling silicon powder into the gap and ensuring that the height of the silicon powder does not exceed the lower bottom surface of the part to form an assembly; and more than one assembly is subjected to silicon reaction infiltration ceramization treatment through continuous high-temperature reaction, and the C/C-SiC brake disc is prepared. The carbon/carbon composite material part is siphoned through a supporting block made of a porous material, and rapid reaction infiltration is realized under a continuous high-temperature condition, so that a product with uniform ceramic distribution and controllable ceramic content is prepared; the structural strength of the prepared brake disc is superior to that of the same type of products produced in the prior art, the uniformity of the ceramic matrix is superior to that of resin doping impregnation, uniform permeation of thick products is facilitated, the manufacturing period is short, the raw material cost is low, and continuous batch production can be achieved.
