The invention relates to the technical field of plastic runways, and discloses a breathable and high-elasticity plastic runway which comprises a concrete base layer, a bonding layer, an elastic plastic layer, a polyurethane surface layer and a wear-resistant layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, and TPEE particles are added into the elastic plastic layer. The wear-resistant layer comprises an elastic particle layer, an EPDM (Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Monomer) rubber particle layer, a breathable filler mixing layer, an acrylic acid filling layer and an acrylic acid color coating. The plastic runway has excellent air permeability, and the breathable filler mixing layer and the air hole structure are arranged in the wear-resistant layer, so that the plastic runway can effectively increase air circulation, and the overall air permeability is improved. And the water accumulation on the earth surface can be slowed down, the comfort of a user under a humid weather condition is improved, and the earth surface slip danger caused by the water accumulation is prevented.
