The technology comprises the following construction steps that an anchoring section is installed, specifically, an arch rib steel-concrete combined section is poured and formed through a prefabricated formwork; mounting a screw rod: arranging an anchoring bracket in the formed arch rib steel-concrete combined section, and anchoring and mounting a high-strength screw rod on the anchoring bracket; main arch factory processing: performing main arch pouring processing in a factory to form a main arch structure; pre-burying steel plates on the bridge floor; mounting a distribution beam; splicing and welding on site; jig frame hoisting; hoisting the truss; hoisting the connecting section; and hoisting the main arch.
