Precise pre-burying method for U-shaped high-strength bolts of steel guardrail
The invention discloses an accurate pre-embedding method for U-shaped high-strength bolts of a steel guardrail, which comprises the following steps of: processing two U-shaped high-strength bolts, four common nuts and a four-hole positioning steel plate into a standard pre-embedded part by using a first device; the second device is used for bearing all construction loads, and the third device and the guide steel wire rope are used for fixing the relative positions of the embedded parts in batches. The method has the following advantages that 1, welding spots can be effectively prevented from appearing at the stress part of the U-shaped high-strength bolt, the pre-embedding quality is ensured, the construction efficiency is improved, and the positioning precision is improved; the embedded part machined through the first device is good in integrity and standard in size, a positioning welding point only occurs between a common nut and a four-hole positioning steel plate, and a U-shaped high-strength bolt cannot be damaged; the third device is convenient to operate, the positions in all directions are adjusted through threads, the positioning precision can reach 2 mm, and the pre-embedding effect that a bolt is provided with one line, and a steel plate is provided with one face is easily achieved; and 4, a plurality of embedded parts can be positioned each time, and the application range is wide.
