The invention discloses a construction method of a double-layer double-wave guardrail structure using an old guardrail, which comprises the following steps: S1, detecting the appearance of a road guardrail, and inputting a detection result into a database; s2, results in the database are analyzed, the guardrails are dismantled, information accounting is carried out, and the factory processing demand quantity is given; s3, a road section is selected to install the first guardrail, a new first stand column and a new first corrugated plate are supplemented according to the disassembly condition, the first stand column and the first corrugated plate are fixed through a first anti-blocking block, and the first guardrail to be repaired is repaired; s4, a second guardrail is installed, a second stand column is driven into the position between the two first stand columns, and a second corrugated plate is installed on the second stand column through a second anti-blocking block; and S5, the first corrugated plate is combined with the second stand column through a third anti-blocking block. Old guardrail materials are reasonably applied to new guardrail products, and waste utilization is achieved on the premise that the strength requirement is met.
