Sleeve valve pipe grouting device and grouting method thereof
The sleeve valve pipe grouting device comprises a grouting core pipe and a sleeve valve pipe, two outwards-protruding electromagnetic iron rods are arranged on the outer wall face of the upper end of the grouting core pipe, and the electromagnetic iron rods are externally connected with a power supply device; two semicircular steel plates which are mutually spliced into a ring are fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the sleeve valve pipe, and a gap for an electric magnet rod to penetrate through is reserved between the splicing end faces of the two semicircular steel plates; the vertical section of each semi-arc steel plate is in an inverted L shape, limiting grooves are formed in the upper surfaces of the two semi-arc steel plates correspondingly, the two limiting grooves are oppositely arranged and used for bearing the two electromagnetic iron rods correspondingly, the outer wall faces of the upper end and the lower end of the grouting core pipe are each provided with an inflation bag, and a plurality of grout outlets are formed in the grouting core pipe. A plurality of grout outlet holes are formed in the sleeve valve pipe, and the sleeve valve pipe is sleeved with a rubber sleeve wrapping the grout outlet holes. The sleeve valve pipe grouting device has the advantages that accurate grouting of the to-be-reinforced area of the stratum is achieved, and the sleeve valve pipe grouting accuracy and grouting efficiency are improved.
本发明公开了一种袖阀管注浆装置及其注浆方法,包括注浆芯管和袖阀管,注浆芯管在其上端外壁面上设置有两根外凸的电磁铁棒,电磁铁棒外接供电装置;袖阀管内壁固定设置有两块相互拼接成环的半圆弧钢板,两半圆弧钢板的拼接端面之间预留有供电磁铁棒贯穿通过的空隙;半圆弧钢板的竖向截面呈倒L形,两块半圆弧钢板的上表面分别开设有限位凹槽,两个限位凹槽相对设置并分别用于承托两根电磁铁棒,注浆芯管的上下两端外壁面上均设有一个充气囊,注浆芯管上开设有若干出浆口,袖阀管上开设有若干出浆孔,袖阀管上套设有包裹于出浆孔的橡胶套。本发明的优点是:实现对地层待加固区域的精准注浆,提高了袖阀管注浆精度与注浆效率。
