The invention discloses a synchronous operation construction method for adjacent deep and shallow foundation pits, which relates to the technical field of foundation pit support in constructional engineering, and comprises a deep foundation pit, a shallow foundation pit, a composite support structure, a movable pile body, a force transmission piece and a steel enclosing purlin. By arranging the fixed supporting piles and the slope structure, the structural strength, located on one side of the deep foundation pit, of the joint of the deep foundation pit and the shallow foundation pit is effectively enhanced, and by arranging the movable pile bodies and the force transmission pieces, balanced supporting force or pulling force can be applied to the two sides of the first vertical cast-in-place concrete piles; the structure stability of the junction of the deep foundation pit and the shallow foundation pit is guaranteed, meanwhile, the effect of further consolidating the soil body can be achieved, in addition, along with deep excavation of the soil body, the force transmission pieces are replaced in order to meet the force transmission requirements of the movable pile bodies at different depths, and therefore it can be guaranteed that in the whole construction process, the construction efficiency is improved. All the joints of the deep foundation pit and the shallow foundation pit are in a stable structure state, and finally, the movable pile bodies become fixed supporting pile bodies below foundation bottom plates of the deep foundation pit and the shallow foundation pit.
