The invention provides a wooden connecting structure for seismic resistance of a pile foundation. The wooden connecting structure is characterized by comprising a foundation seat, supporting piles and four seismic isolation frames; the foundation seat is provided with a central groove and a rectangular groove; the supporting pile comprises a connecting column, a supporting disc and a central square column; the vibration isolation frame comprises a wooden frame and a guide pipe, and the wooden frame is of a tenon-and-mortise structure body. The four shock insulation frames are arranged in the four rectangular grooves in a sleeved mode respectively. The lower portion of the center square column is sleeved with the square groove, and the four side vertical faces of the center square column make contact with the side vertical faces of the four shock insulation frames respectively. And the lower parts of the four guide cylinders are respectively sleeved in the four guide circular pipes. By the adoption of the structure, energy of seismic waves can be fully absorbed and dispersed, the damping and anti-seismic effect of a building is improved, meanwhile, the weight of the structure is greatly reduced, and the design and construction cost is obviously reduced.
