The end, away from the transition frame, of the telescopic frame abuts against the surface of the slope, the transition frame is in butt joint with the collecting box through the conveying belt, the transition frame transits soil to the conveying belt, and the conveying belt conveys the soil into the collecting box. With the operation of the milling and cutting head, soil can enter the collecting box through the conveying assembly to be automatically collected in time.
