The invention provides a pedal control system, an electric loader and a pedal control method. The pedal control system comprises a user interaction module, a control module, a mechanical braking module and an electric braking module. The user interaction module is used for switching a single-pedal control mode and a double-pedal control mode of the electric loader; the control module is used for receiving signals of the user interaction module and the electric braking module, processing information and then sending control signals to the mechanical braking module and the electric braking module; the mechanical braking module is used for friction braking of the electric loader; and the electric braking module is used for driving and braking the electric loader. According to the pedal control system, the electric loader and the pedal control method, a user is allowed to quickly switch different pedal control modes, a user habituated to a traditional loader can directly work in a double-pedal mode, meanwhile, the user adapts to a single-pedal control mode by gradually reducing the intervention degree of a brake pedal, and the user experience is improved. And the learning cost is greatly reduced while the operation efficiency is not influenced.
