Post-pouring ultra-high performance concrete structure between prefabricated top plate and prefabricated wall and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a post-pouring ultra-high performance concrete structure between a prefabricated top plate and prefabricated walls and a construction method of the post-pouring ultra-high performance concrete structure. The wall joint surfaces of the two prefabricated walls are arranged on the two sides of the top plate joint surface of the prefabricated top plate to form a groove structure with a U-shaped cross section; a plurality of top plate overhanging steel bars in one-to-one correspondence are arranged on the two top plate combination surfaces and are arranged in an inner row and an outer row in the thickness direction of the prefabricated top plate; each pair of coaxially-arranged top plate overhanging steel bars in the two rows of top plate overhanging steel bars close to the outside of the two prefabricated top plates are provided with additional steel bars; a plurality of transverse steel bars are arranged on the additional steel bars in the width direction of the groove structure; and ultra-high performance concrete is poured in the groove structure. During construction, the prefabricated wall and the prefabricated top plate are manufactured firstly; then temporarily fixing in place through a temporary support; additional steel bars and transverse steel bars are arranged, and finally ultra-high performance concrete is poured. The method is convenient to install, the project construction period can be shortened, the construction risk is reduced, and good social and economic benefits are achieved.
本发明公开了预制顶板与预制墙间的后浇超高性能混凝土结构及其工法,两个预制墙的墙结合面设置于预制顶板的顶板结合面两侧,形成一个横截面呈“凹”形的槽结构;两个顶板结合面设有互相一一对应的若干顶板外伸钢筋,并沿预制顶板厚度方向设置内外两排;两个预制顶板靠外的两排所述顶板外伸钢筋中每一对同轴设置的顶板外伸钢筋均设有附加钢筋;多根附加钢筋上沿槽结构的宽度方向设有多道横向钢筋;槽结构内浇筑超高性能混凝土。施工时,先制作预制墙和预制顶板;然后通过临时支撑临时固定就位;再设置附加钢筋和横向钢筋,最后浇筑超高性能混凝土。本发明安装方便,能够缩短项目建设工期,降低施工风险,具有良好的社会和经济效益。
