The problems that most of existing lunar surface exploration equipment in the form of a lunar surface vehicle and the like adopts a wheel type moving mode, and the existing lunar surface exploration equipment is difficult to adapt to more rugged terrains and undetected in-pipe space are solved. A lunar soil filling wall sleeves the outer side of an expandable main body frame, two groups of watertight doors are mounted at the head end and the tail end of the expandable main body frame respectively in a hinged manner, an observation window is embedded in each group of watertight doors, and four groups of coating track structures are uniformly arranged on the periphery of the expandable main body structure in the circumferential direction; the four sets of coating crawler belt structures are connected with the expandable main body structure through crawler belt suspension systems, and a solar photovoltaic energy collecting system is arranged between every two adjacent sets of coating crawler belt structures. The device is used for adapting to the extreme landform of the lava pipe, and the requirement of moving and exploring at the same time is met.
