An upper reinforcement cage is arranged outside the box-type variable cross-section profile steel and the upper butt-joint profile steel, and first concrete is poured to form a prefabricated reinforced concrete cover beam; the prefabricated concrete-filled steel tube stand column comprises lower butt-joint profile steel, a lower reinforcement cage is arranged on the periphery of the lower butt-joint profile steel, and second concrete is poured to form the prefabricated concrete-filled steel tube stand column; a connecting structure is arranged between the prefabricated reinforced concrete cover beam and the prefabricated concrete filled steel tube stand column. Therefore, safe and reliable connection of the bent cap and the stand column is achieved, the field installation and construction efficiency is improved, and the method can be widely applied to fabricated buildings.
