The invention provides a rotary adjusting type suspended ceiling assembling structure which comprises a suspended ceiling assembly, a rotary adjusting assembly and a decoration layer, the decoration layer is installed at the lower end of the suspended ceiling assembly through the rotary adjusting assembly, and the suspended ceiling assembly is used for being installed on a ceiling; wherein the rotary adjusting assembly comprises an upper supporting plate, one end of the upper supporting plate is mounted at the lower end of the ceiling assembly, and a first mounting shaft is fixed to the other end of the upper supporting plate; a second mounting shaft is fixed at one end of the lower supporting plate, and a decorative layer is mounted at the other end of the lower supporting plate; a first mounting shaft and a second mounting shaft are rotatably mounted on the locking seat, a locking mechanism is arranged in the locking seat, and the locking mechanism is used for locking the first mounting shaft and the second mounting shaft. According to the scheme, the position of the decoration layer can be adjusted within a large area range, and the decoration layer can be installed more conveniently.
