A base plate is prepared, a protective layer is poured on the outer side of the heat preservation wallboard, an anti-crack layer is laid on the outer side of the protective layer, anchoring parts are evenly hit into the base plate, and the base plate with the anchoring parts is placed into a prefabricated box; a first connecting object and a second connecting object are laid on the inner side of the base plate in the prefabricated box, the base plate is filled with or poured with wallboard layer slurry, and the composite heat preservation wallboard is formed and comprises anchoring parts, a wallboard layer, a heat preservation layer, a protection layer and an anti-cracking layer, and the wallboard layer, the heat preservation layer, the protection layer and the anti-cracking layer are sequentially arranged. The thermal insulation wallboard has the beneficial effects that the slurry contains an additive playing a bonding role, so that the slurry and the thermal insulation board form a whole, the anchoring part integrates the wallboard layer, the thermal insulation layer, the protective layer and the anti-crack layer into a whole, the thermal insulation wallboard serves as a filling wall to be connected with shear walls on the two sides through rigid connecting parts in the construction process, integral pouring is conducted, the construction period is shortened, and the cost is reduced.
