The invention discloses a fabricated cambered surface metal roof structure and a construction method thereof.The roof comprises roof steel frame beams, a laying layer, a wind-resistant connecting net and connecting rod assemblies, the roof steel frame beams are evenly arranged at the top ends of main body steel beams at intervals, and the roof steel frame beams are connected into an integral frame through the wind-resistant connecting net; a plurality of protruding connecting bases are arranged on the top faces of the roof steel frame beams, the height of the protruding connecting bases is adjustable, every two protruding connecting bases oppositely arranged on every two adjacent roof steel frame beams are connected through a plurality of connecting rod assemblies, and the multiple connecting rod assemblies form an arc-shaped roof frame on the tops of the roof steel frame beams. The construction method comprises the steps that firstly, the roof steel frame beam is constructed; secondly, a protruding connecting base is installed; and the like. The roof structure can bear large wind load, is not prone to deformation and edge warping, is high in waterproof capacity, can be rapidly connected with a roof lightning protection system, and is simple and compact in structure, convenient to install and high in applicability.
