The invention relates to a house wall surface decoration method which comprises the steps that a base frame is fixed firstly, then a decoration face is fixed, the decoration face comprises the base frame and a decoration face layer, the decoration face layer comprises a decoration face body, a top line and a skirting line, the decoration face body comprises a plurality of fragments distributed in the horizontal direction, and vertical connecting seams are formed between every two adjacent fragments; the vertical connecting seams are connected together through a connecting seam filling structure, and the connecting seam filling structure comprises a sealing strip and two vertical connecting grooves which are formed in the end faces of the two fragments defining the vertical connecting seams in a one-to-one correspondence mode. The sealing strip comprises a shielding strip and an isolating strip, wherein the two ends of the shielding strip in the horizontal direction penetrate through the two vertical connecting grooves, the isolating strip is connected to the side, close to the wall, of the shielding strip, and the isolating strip penetrates through the vertical connecting seam. The decorative surface has the advantages that the fragments can be firmly fixed, the concealment is good, and the problem that the concealment of the connecting position of an existing prefabricated decorative surface is poor is solved.
