The supporting type combined structure device comprises a supporting column system, a lifting system and a top connecting system, the supporting column system comprises I-shaped steel and profile steel fixed to the two sides of the I-shaped steel, and the upper end and the lower end of the I-shaped steel extend out of the two ends of the profile steel correspondingly; a first limiting device is arranged at the bottom of the I-shaped steel; the two groups of lifting systems respectively comprise an upper platform, a lower platform and a mechanical lifting device, the upper platform and the lower platform are arranged in parallel, and the mechanical lifting device is mounted between the upper platform and the lower platform; the two lifting systems clamp the supporting column system from the two sides. A second limiting device matched with the first limiting device is mounted on the lower platform; the top connecting system comprises a maintenance shell, a buffer disc is arranged in the maintenance shell, elastic components are arranged between the buffer disc and the upper shell and between the buffer disc and the lower shell respectively, and the lower shell is provided with receding holes corresponding to the tops of the I-shaped steel. The goals of energy conservation and emission reduction can be achieved, meanwhile, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction risk is reduced.
本发明涉及一种支撑型组合结构装置,包括支撑柱系统、起升系统及顶部连接系统,支撑柱系统包括:工字钢和固定于工字钢两侧的型钢,工字钢的上下两端分别延伸至型钢两端以外;工字钢的底部设有第一限位装置;起升系统为两组,分别包括:上部平台、下部平台以及机械起升器,上部平台与下部平台平行设置,机械起升器安装于上部平台和下部平台之间;两组起升系统从两侧夹合支撑柱系统;下部平台上安装有与第一限位装置匹配的第二限位装置;顶部连接系统包括:维护壳体,维护壳体内设有缓冲盘,缓冲盘与上壳体和下壳体之间分别设有弹性部件,下壳体上设有与工字钢顶部对应的让位孔。本发明能够实现节能减排的目标,同时提高施工效率,降低施工风险。
