The invention relates to the field of building structures, and particularly discloses an environment-friendly house building structure which comprises a bearing base, stand columns are arranged at the four corners of the bearing base, two mounting bases are fixedly connected to the outer sides of the top ends of the stand columns, the cross section of each mounting base is of a U-shaped structure, and a bearing beam is arranged between the two mounting bases; limiting assemblies are arranged at the two ends of the bearing beam correspondingly, a long hole is formed in the inner bottom of the mounting base, positioning plates are movably connected to the left side and the right side in the long hole correspondingly, positioning columns are fixedly connected to the left side and the right side of the lower surface of the bearing beam correspondingly, and gaps are reserved between the front side and the rear side of each positioning column and the inner wall of the long hole. According to the invention, a screw detachable structure is adopted, waste materials cannot be generated in later dismantling, and the bearing beam can shake in the mounting seat to consume energy when an earthquake occurs, so that brittle fracture at beam-column joints is avoided, and the stability and safety of a house building structure are improved.
