The invention discloses an alpine region road maintenance device which comprises a maintenance layer unit, the maintenance layer unit is laid on the upper portion of a pavement base layer, a plurality of water permeable holes are formed in the maintenance layer unit, and the maintenance layer unit comprises an energy storage layer, a heat preservation layer, a heating layer and a water permeable wear-resistant layer which are sequentially arranged in a stacked mode from top to bottom; the energy storage layer, the heat preservation layer, the heating layer and the permeable wear-resistant layer are fixedly connected, the energy storage layer is electrically connected with the heating layer, and the energy storage layer is used for providing heating electric energy for the heating layer; the number of the health preserving layer units is multiple, and the multiple health preserving layer units are detachably connected. The temperature and humidity of road maintenance are considered, the construction period is prolonged, and the road maintenance quality is improved.
