Then a triangular colored flag ribbon and a plastic chain for warning penetrate through a supporting ring, a fixing ring, a supporting ring and a connecting ring to be placed on the inner side of a connecting cover, and then the connecting cover can push the elastic rope to be stretched and deformed under the action of external force and the supporting of the supporting ring and the connecting ring, so that the connecting cover is pushed to expand to the outer side; a triangular colored flag ribbon and a plastic chain for warning can penetrate through the connecting cover to be placed on the inner side of the storage net under the support of the drawstring, then the connecting cover is pulled out by a hand, and at the moment, the connecting cover can be contracted under the support of the storage net, the connecting ring and the supporting belt by utilizing the rebound force of the elastic rope; therefore, the connecting cover and the storage net can be used for storing triangular colored flag ribbons and plastic chains for warning for use when needed.
