Freeze-thaw damage treatment construction process for concrete lining plate
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete lining plate repair, and discloses a concrete lining plate freeze-thaw damage treatment construction process which comprises the following steps: step 1, closing a water channel, so that the water level of the water channel drops to expose a freeze-thaw part of a concrete lining plate; secondly, for the long-term water level change area, a high-pressure water gun is used for conducting scouring and galling on an original concrete base layer, and the original concrete base layer is treated to a firm surface; thirdly, when R70 is sprayed to the designed thickness through a high-pressure spray gun or in a batch scraping mode, a 6-meter leveling scraping bar is used for leveling and light receiving; fourthly, the thickness is scraped to be flush with the elevation control angle iron or the elevation control rod, it is guaranteed that the average thickness of the lining plate reaches 10 mm, and the levelness of the lining plate is consistent with the levelness of an undamaged lining plate surface layer; 5, an electric sprayer is used for evenly spraying D200 to the wall face; and step 6, after finishing the leveling, using a wet non-woven fabric cover for maintenance in time, and cutting the surface of the lining plate after the maintenance is finished.
