The method comprises the following steps: construction preparation; comprising the steps of steel bar and profile steel processing and transportation, concrete mixing and panel and truss stress checking calculation. Manufacturing a panel; the reinforcing mesh and the first vertical rods are connected into an integral structure, the reinforcing mesh and the first vertical rods are placed in the shaping bench formwork, and concrete is poured after the positions are adjusted; manufacturing a truss; the truss is made into a parallelogram structure through profile steel; the truss is connected with the panel; hoisting the whole truss to the position of the panel, and connecting the truss with a first vertical rod on the panel; the prefabricated concrete formwork is installed; and the prefabricated concrete formwork is hoisted to the top of the gate pier, and after the installation angle is finely adjusted, the prefabricated concrete formwork is fixed to the gate pier.
