Soft rock tunnel portal reinforcing method
The invention discloses a soft rock tunnel portal reinforcing method. Before a hole is excavated, a large-diameter anchor pipe is adopted to conduct grouting consolidation on an upward slope range above the hole, secant piles are adopted to reinforce a straight wall range of a tunnel portal wall, and an advanced grouting large pipe shed is adopted to conduct grouting consolidation on the periphery of a design contour line of a tunnel top arch. According to the method, aiming at the unfavorable geological conditions of the soft rock tunnel portal, a large-diameter anchor pipe is adopted to conduct grouting consolidation on the slope upside slope range after upside slope anchoring and shotcreting supporting is completed, deformation and collapse are avoided, and the excavation safety is improved; an upward slope anchor pipe is connected with fitting slope concrete to form an integral reinforcing system, so that the conditions of integral sliding and deformation of the side slope are avoided, and the safety is ensured; by additionally arranging the hole secant piles and extending into 10m below the elevation of the bottom plate of the hole, a hole straight wall soil retaining enclosure structure is formed, frequent collapse in the excavation process is avoided, and the construction safety of the hole is ensured; the secant piles are anchored through hollow grouting anchor rods, the secant piles are connected with the opening locking panel into a whole, and the straight wall of the opening is further reinforced.
本发明公开了一种软岩隧洞洞口加固方法;洞口开挖前采取大直径锚管对洞口上方仰坡范围进行注浆固结,采取咬合桩对隧洞洞门墙直墙范围进行加固,采取超前注浆大管棚对隧洞顶拱设计轮廓线外围进行注浆固结。本发明针对软岩隧洞洞口不良地质情况,在仰坡锚喷支护完成后采取大直径锚管对边坡仰坡范围进行注浆固结,避免变形、塌方,提高开挖的安全性;将仰坡锚管与贴坡混凝土连接,形成整体加固体系,避免边坡整体滑动、变形情况,确保安全;通过增加洞口咬合桩并深入洞口底板高程以下10m,形成洞口直墙挡土围护结构,避免开挖过程频繁塌方,保证洞口施工安全;采用中空注浆锚杆对咬合桩进行锚固,与锁口面板连接为一体,对洞口直墙进行进一步加固。
