Aerogel composite ceramic fiber board as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides application of aerogel and a binding agent in preparation of a ceramic fiber board. The binding agent is a water-based acrylic emulsion and/or a water-based polyurethane emulsion. The invention further provides an aerogel composite ceramic fiber board and a preparation method thereof. The aerogel composite ceramic fiber board provided by the invention is low in heat conductivity coefficient, excellent in thermal insulation performance and mechanical property, low in heat conductivity coefficient and good in flexibility, does not drop powder during processing, can be applied in manners of flat laying, small-amplitude bending and the like, further greatly improves the compression strength after burning, and can meet the thermal insulation requirements under different working conditions. Meanwhile, the preparation process is simple, mild in condition, easy to control, low in production cost and environmentally friendly, and popularization and application of industrial continuous production are more facilitated.
本发明提供了气凝胶和结合剂在制备陶瓷纤维板中的应用;所述结合剂为水性丙烯酸乳液和/或水性聚氨酯乳液。本发明还提供了一种气凝胶复合陶瓷纤维板及其制备方法。本发明提供的气凝胶复合陶瓷纤维板导热系数低,保温隔热性能及力学性能优异,导热系数低,柔韧性好,而且加工时不掉粉,可以平铺、小幅度弯曲等方式应用,更是大大提高了烧后耐压强度,可满足不同工况的保温隔热需求。同时制备工艺简单,条件温和、易于控制,生产成本低,绿色环保,更加有利于实现工业连续化生产的推广和应用。
